Roles and Responsibilities of Franchisee
- Maintain the Corporate Image of One Kambal Inasal franchise in every detail of the business including your signs, sales Invoices, uniforms, marketing and all advertising, etc.
- Maintain a full complement of staff necessary to protect the interest of your business and the group.
- Communicate relevant information weekly, and annually in accordance with this manual and with our agreement.
- Preserve the businesses integrity in the marketplace.
- Independently promote the Business within your Territory.
- Monitor and strive to better the product knowledge and service provided by you and your staff.
- Order your stock only from the suppliers recommended to you to ensure that your products comply with our image and standards.

Franchise Packages
2M Package
- 80–130 sqm (inside floor area)
4M Package
- 130–150 sqm (inside floor area)
Coverage
- 20k per sqm additional fee, if area is more than 150 sqm
- Contract — 10 years and renewable.
- Franchisee will notify One Kambal Inasal, 6 months prior to the end of the contract if will renew or will end the contract.
- 6% royalty fee based on gross sales after 1 year of operation.
- Royalty fee includes marketing and quality assurance.
- All supplies and products will be exclusively distributed by the KI commissary.
- Training and Products familiarization as well as KI rules and regulations will be provided.
- Assistance in hiring and interview process.
- Train and assist key personnels in management operations (payrolls, schedules, HR).

What is the payment breakdown?
- Submit LOI
- P100K — Will deposit the amount after the approval of ocular visit as reservation’s fee.
- 50% — before the start of construction.
- 30% — after 50% of construction done.
- 15% — after 90% of construction done.

- Settle remaining balance before store operations.
Note:
- If franchisee is unable to comply the financial agreement, the franchisor has the right to hold the constructions for 30 days grace period. Franchisor has the right to terminate the agreement.
- Contract is firmed and cannot be withdrawn or revoked.
