To qualify as a One Kambal Inasal franchisee, you must meet the following criteria:

1. You must know and trust the brand – ONE KAMBAL INASAL.
2. You must have at least 5 years of business experience in a restaurant or retail selling.
3. You must have strong people skills and have handled at least 5 employees.
4. You must be willing to learn the One Kambal Inasal business system and have time to attend training and seminars.
5. You must be willing to work closely and receive guidelines from the franchisor and be comfortable with this arrangement.
6. You must understand the importance of quality customer service.

If you meet the above criteria, you may email your letter of intent and briefly describe how you meet the criteria to [email protected].

1. Letter of Intent (LOI)
   Submit a LOI using our standard One Kambal Inasal form. You email us a LOI specifying the area of interest for the prospective franchise. It should also contain a brief description of your qualifications.
2. Franchise Application
   If you meet the criteria, we will request that you fill out and submit our One Kambal Inasal Application Form.
3. Ocular Visit
   We will send one of our representatives to conduct an initial assessment of the area you are proposing.
4. Site Selection
   One Kambal Inasal will work closely with you to analyze the market and select a suitable site.
5. Interview
   You will have an interview with our One Kambal Inasal team.
6. Franchise Agreement
   Our Franchise Agreement will be sent to you for your review and at the same time the franchise package that you will avail based on the ocular visits we conducted.
7. Agreements and Orientation
   If you are approved as a franchisee, we will send you the breakdown and steps by steps process on how to proceed. Discussion will be done either in person or in phone.

For both 2M Package and 4M Package, the franchise package exclusion are as follows:

• Corporation
  • SEC registration or DTI registration
  • BIR
  • Barangay Permit
  • Mayor’s Permit
• Space Rental
  • Security deposit
  • Advance rental payments
  • Construction bond (based on certain locations)
• Security System
  • CCTVs
  • Security/fire alarm system
  • Fire extinguisher
  • Door locks

Your management team, pioneer employees, and you will be provided with comprehensive training prior to opening the restaurant. All expenses related to training, such as travel, lodging, allowances and the like, shall be your responsibility. The cost of the training itself (trainer) will be covered by One Kambal Inasal.

The site should be at least 130–150 square meters (floor area), preferably in a high traffic commercial/residential area with easy access to highways, freeways, and major roads.

You should look for sites based on site criteria provided by One Kambal Inasal. In some instances, One Kambal Inasal will recommend and assist you in evaluating the potential site.

One Kambal Inasal will do all the construction and will provide all the necessary requirements you need to operate on the target date. That includes restaurant design and layout. The design will be uniformed consistently with all One Kambal Inasal nationwide.

Total project cost ranges from roughly 2 million pesos to 4 million pesos, depending on the size and location of the restaurant. This includes the cost of construction/renovation, equipment, supplies, pre-opening expenses, and initial inventory (refer to franchise package inclusions and exclusions).

For both 2M Package and 4M Package, the payment breakdown are as follows:

• LOI (Letter of Intent)
• 100K – After approval of ocular visits (included in franchise fee)
  Note: Refundable if ocular visits do not meet the One Kambal Inasal requirements, but minus of the ocular and necessary expenses incurred.
• 50% – before start of construction
• 30% – after 50% of construction done
• 15% – after 90% of construction done
• Settle the total remaining balance prior to the store soft opening.

Total = 2 million pesos (for 2M Package) or 4 million pesos (for 4M Package)

Notes:

• If franchisee is unable to comply the financial agreement after a 30-day grace period, the franchisor has the right to hold the construction.
• The franchiser has the right to terminate the agreement.
• Contract is firm and cannot be withdrawn or revoked.
• Payments are non-refundable upon start of construction.

After a year of operation, One Kambal Inasal will collect a pay of 5% marketing fee and 1% advertising fee based on the net sales of the franchise.
